• Coaching: international coaching experience as well as club and elite 1:1 coaching. 
• Speaking engagements: happy to participate in discussion panels or do talks either for cricket clubs or corporates. Previous subjects have ranged from ‘my journey through to professional cricket’, ‘life as a professional cricketer’, to ‘elite level performance in sport’.
• Elite performance coaching: Again drawing on my experiences, I look to focus on how from a people coaching perspective we can learn lessons from sport in all walks for life and develop our raw talent into a world class end product. These talks have been very popular across both cricket clubs and top tier corporate clients such as JPMorgan, HSBC and Goldman Sachs.

Increasingly corporate clients are looking to take best practices from sport to develop elite performance within their own organisational model. The format of my talk is typically a 50 min presentation and Q&A touching upon one of more of the following themes:

• Cricket and developing elite performance
• Relative vs. absolute pressure and how to manage that 
• The EQ challenge: How to get the best out of a highly demanding world class group of players. Understanding their hot buttons and individual motivations and developing cohesion.
• The mind of a champion: stories from the trenches. What are the behaviour traits that distinguish world class players
• Dealing with set-backs: getting back on your feet after a set-back and using it to fuel your next goal
• Mental fortitude: beyond talent and the gold standard behavioural traits that coaches look out for to as signs as to the future stars of a game
• Investing in the process not in the result – preparing for and getting the most out of each moment you invest and developing context for evaluating success/failure
